ROTARY BEANS RECIPE
- Clean (remove rocks,
dirt, etc) 3 cups of pinto beans.
- Soak overnight
- Put soaked beans in a crock pot (3 ½ quart
or larger)
- Add
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon beef boullion granuales
- 1 10 oz. can RO-TEL
Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
- ½ diced yellow onion
- 6 diced cloves of
garlic
- Cook on low for
approximately 8 hours
- Add water as necessary
to keep beans covered
- Let cool in crock pot
then pour beans (and soup!) into 1 gal freezer bag.
- Lay flat in freezer and
freeze.
